Problem

Every new client was a manual setup project.

Every signup kicked off the same checklist — create the CRM record, spin up the project in the PM tool, assign tasks across the team, send the welcome sequence, check nothing was missed.

It took hours per client and the failure mode was painful: with a growing roster, missed steps started showing up. A task never assigned. A welcome email never sent. A project set up against the wrong template.

The cost was not just time. It was client experience damage — a missed welcome email or wrong project setup signals disorganisation to a brand new client before the work has even started.

Designed the entire onboarding flow as an event-driven pipeline: a new client signs, that signature is the only manual step. Every downstream action happens automatically and in the right order, with the team only stepping in when a real decision is needed — not when data needs moving.
