Updated June 2026

What I'm working on
right now.

A live snapshot — current focus, current bets, current obsessions. Inspired by the /now movement . Updated whenever something material changes — not on a schedule, not for a feed.

01 · Shipping

Growing SpecIQ.

Focused on getting SpecIQ in front of more manufacturers and exporters globally. Outreach is targeted — I'd rather talk to 10 right-fit teams than blast 1,000 wrong ones.

Engineering effort is split between two tracks: enterprise tier (SSO, advanced compliance modules, bulk generation) and tightening the activation flow for first-time users.

02 · Just shipped

Deadstock AI is live on the Shopify App Store.

Approved on the first review submission and launched June 1, 2026 — now available to every Shopify merchant worldwide. Built for stores with 100+ SKUs losing cash to slow-moving inventory.

Live with the full set: free Diagnose tier, $19/month Recover, $59/month Automate. Now focused on getting it in front of the right merchants and learning from real recovery data.

03 · Booking

Taking 1–2 client projects per month through Brioodev.

Selective on engagements. Right now the bar is: AI SaaS builds (idea → live product) or business automation systems where there's real money being wasted on manual work.

If that sounds like your problem, the path is Brioodev. Faster intake, clearer scope.

04 · Studying

AI systems architecture patterns.

Reading deeply on how production AI systems are built — RAG patterns, evaluation harnesses, eval-driven development, how the leading SaaS teams are structuring their AI layers.

Also tracking how international SaaS growth strategies actually work in practice — outbound, partnerships, community-led — versus the LinkedIn version of those things.

05 · Thinking about

How small AI-native shops compete with bigger AI dev shops.

There's a fast-emerging gap between agencies that do 'AI' as a sales tag and shops that actually understand both the AI layer and the business it integrates with. Brioodev sits in that second camp on purpose. The bet is that small, deeply-integrated, hands-on builds beat sprawling AI consultancies for most growing businesses.
