Every Shopify merchant past a certain size has the same problem: dead inventory. SKUs that are not moving, sitting in a warehouse, tying up cash. The merchant knows it is a problem — but figuring out what to do about it is tedious.
Which products to discount? Which to bundle? Which to relist with better copy? Which to write off entirely? Manual analysis is so painful that most merchants do nothing. The cash stays trapped.

The insight: the merchant does not want better analytics. They want recovery actions, pre-cooked, one-click-approve.
