Manufacturers and exporters spend hours every week writing the same documents — spec sheets, safety data sheets, compliance forms. Every customer wants slightly different formats. Every region has different regulatory requirements. The work is high-volume and high-stakes: get a single compliance field wrong and a shipment can be rejected at the border.

I kept hearing the same thing in client conversations — someone on the team was spending 4 to 6 hours a day filling out documents that were 80% the same. They knew it could be automated. Nobody had built it well enough to trust with compliance-critical output.

Most tools try to be better forms — better fields, better templates, better validation. That misses the point. The person doing the work does not want a better form. They want the finished document.

I built SpecIQ around a generation engine: feed it product data, get back a finished, on-brand, compliance-ready document in under a minute. The engine is trained on industry-specific compliance requirements for each document type — not generic text generation with a template wrapper.

I built and shipped the full stack — product, engineering, and the AI layer. No team. Every architectural decision is mine.
